Return and Refund Policy
Auto Hub is committed to 100% Customer Satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied for any reason as per the terms and conditions mentioned below, you can return the product to us within 5 days from the delivery date with the Original Packing.
Terms & Condition:-
- All Returns/Refunds for all related to damage/defect/quantity mismatch/description mismatch are eligible for return but within 48 hours from Delivery.
- The product should be tried one time and not being used on a regular basis.
- Supporting any issue is mandatory to make a decision.
- All Replacement/Refunds will be processed only after the product is received back to us and the quality check is cleared.
- Any product returned that shows improper use, improper handling, or physical damage; damaged/torn out the box, missing manuals, parts, and accessories will not be Replaced/Refunded and will be returned back to the buyer without rendering a reason.
- Any return where customers don't want the product even if the description is correct will not be entertained.
In case of an empty box or missing item, the case should be registered within 24 hours of delivery or else Auto Hub has all the rights to reject the complaint.
All refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of receipt of the product at our warehouse, subject to product inspection.
Note: Liquid items are not eligible for return. In case of liquid item getting damaged during transit, we will replace such items upon providing video and image proof.
Return shipping fee charges in case of refund when no gift card is issued are as below:

Above 500 | 15% of order value |
Note: 100% amount will be provided in case a gift card is issued. Replacement order will be processed only 1 time. Any order placed and if the amount used from the gift card for the previous returned order will be considered as a replacement order.
