Shipping Policy — Autohub

At Autohub, we work hard to get your car and bike care products to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for full details.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. During sale periods or high-demand days, processing may take up to 3 business days.

You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order has been dispatched, along with your tracking details.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Metro cities (Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune)	3–4 business days
Rest of India	4–5 business days
Remote areas / J&K / North-East India	4-5 business days

 

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders.

 

4. Serviceable Areas

We currently ship across India through our courier partners: [Delhivery / Ecom Express / Blue Dart / Amazon / Xpressbees / Delhivery. Delivery to a small number of remote pin codes may not be available; you will be notified at checkout if we're unable to ship to your location.

We currently ship only within India and do not offer international shipping.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order anytime by visiting [the-autohub.com/track-order or your account page — link if you have a tracking page] or by contacting us directly (details below).

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is not available due to courier restrictions. 

7. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) at the details below. We'll work with our courier partner to resolve the issue promptly — including replacement or refund where applicable, per our Refund Policy.

8. Change of Delivery Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within a few hours of placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to modify the delivery address.
